"Before we agreed to and were accepted to become a Wayshower ─ StarSeed ─Light Worker on Earth during this lifetime, we were given a “Golden Promise”. The promise was that we would have an opportunity, in this one lifetime, to access and tap into the dynamic Cosmic Life Substance of our entry level, Sacred Triad, and the higher Frequencies of Light within the Fifth Dimension. That is why so many of us are moving forward by leaps and bounds: accessing, integrating, radiating ever-increasing wisdom, love and Light. Archangel Michael tells us: “This is why it is so important that you diligently seek to balance and harmonize your four-lower bodily systems: the SEVEN CHAKRAS (MIND CENTERS of your Third- and lower Fourth-Dimensional vessel). This is necessary so that the radiance of Spirit ─ the FIVE HIGHER RAYS OF GALACTIC CONSCIOUSNES,S may pour forth into and through you. As you honor and balance the body through pure, loving thoughts and actions by practicing deep, vitalizing breathing and energizing activity, you will create a perfect environment for your Fifth-Dimensional, White Fire Memory Seed Atom of Creator Essence, to take full dominion and residency within your physical vessel. In my conversations with Ronna now she stresses over and over again how important it is to convey to all of the Starseeds just how critical it is to get to the point where the five Higher Rays start to download into our Beings. If she sounds vociferous about the need to constantly practice deep breathing, preferably the Infinity Breath, and chakra toning (and critically, daily meditation) it is because she knows how absolutely important it is at this time for us to take our rightful place as Sentinels of Great Light, so that this Golden Promise can be fulfilled within us.
We cannot do this and be enthralled by the darkness that is taking place on the world stage. We cannot serve two gods, we must choose.

Great reminder and message. I have been thinking about this recently and our opportunity or imperative of accessing our 5th dimensional frequency with the activation of our Five Higher Galactic Rays and returning to our original template as Galactic citizens and co-creators. It is time for us to expand our function and be with our 12 Chakras.
